How do companies draw the line on Financials between the property company and REIT Company, i.e between AC, ALI and AREIT; Megaworld and MREIT? Is't it the Revenues on Property Comapany on their fianacial also come from leasing, how can it be posted similarly for the REIT revenue?
invest nalang sa limang reits 20% for the total investments sa reits then ung total ng reits mo is dapat 20% lang din ng overall portfolio mo....adjust mo lang from time to time either you buy them or sell some to go back to 20%(for diversification purpose), suggestion lang po toh so please make your own conclusion
