Hey! I had a good experience, but don't expect fast shipping. They usually have their products up for pre-order, and your order will ship when they have it (and yes the order date may change, so you will need to check your account to see what's going on). But, I've received every product I ordered from them and I was happy to wait instead of purchasing from resellers.
