What about if there is an old expired lease and the lessee are not very nice and it’s been pointed out to you they have put the wrong acn on the contract but you have only days to do something about it. Would that be enough to put a loophole into question?

I had a contract of security guard duty valid for 2 years with United Security Services,Qatar but just after 1.5 months the company said me that they can't provide me the promised job due to unavailability.
I request to somehow grant me job but they denied to compensate and didn't pay 1 month salary i e. 1800 QAR (Rs.36000) .
The contract got terminated [ no resignation ]on the advise of manager.
.....
So , i returned my country . Tell me please , Can I ask manpower to refund me for sending me to Qatar where i didn't get promised job and appropriate salary as the manpower sent me to Qatar for work.

Can a contract be terminated after the person you made the contract is dead, and children will be getting the part of the contract and the peroson does not want the children to get it?

What if both parties wish to end the contract? Do you have to have a lawyer for that?

Not necessarily Kevin - but you should ensure that both parties clearly agree in writing that they are bringing the contract to an end and what happens on the conclusion/termination of the contract. I.e. you want it to be super clear that both parties have agreed to end the contract and what the flow on effect of that termination is for both parties (e.g. does one party have to pay the other, do you have to return confidential information etc.) Given the risks that could be involved you should consider getting a lawyer to give you specific advice that is relevant for your circumstances and consider entering into a Deed of Release or a Deed of Termination (doesn't matter what you call the document) where both parties agree to end the contract and not sue each other etc etc. Hope that helps somewhat as its only a generic comment.

@@TheContractCompany Well it was an owner finance and I did a contract for deed. Not an expensive piece of property they know they are in default and are willing to surrender the property.

Hi Jamil - if both parties mutually agree to terminate a contract (which is the best way to terminate a contract - because it is probably the lowest risk way of bringing a contract to an end) then the parties can agree whatever they like in relation to the termination (ie when will termination be effective, are there any termination or other payments, what do the parties need to do on termination etc etc).
