I think I need to write down some of these motivational tips. I was starting to feel like I'm losing my way a little, I'm normally such a positive person but I'm struggling to be that person at the moment. I think I really needed to hear this video. I took my time pampering myself today, because it made me feel good, and I feel I'll be taking more time for myself because I used to pamper myself often but lately I've just been having short down time in the shower which I guess you could say that's still pampering myself and taking care of myself. But for me pampering myself is having a relaxing bath with a bath bomb or two, bubbles, and bath salts, with netflix on, then when I got out I applied a face mask and the whole time of me doing those things took 2 hours instead of 20 minutes, because I wanted that time to myself to just relax. OK, I'm rambling now haha, but thank you Ash, I love your videos.

How does Bodycology perform as far as moisturizing and how long the fragrance lasts?
@@EarlieKianaJoyner the lotion moisturizes me enough but I live in a tropical country and I have oily skin. I would give it a 6/10 overall. The fragrance is not very strong but I was still able to smell it slightly after about 3 hours. In the bottle I don't really like the smell but once on my skin it smells sweet and clean.
