UPDATE:
If you win you get 30 Aeos Energy and If you are the MVP of the winner match you will get 40 Aeos Energy
If you lose you get 20 Aeos Energy and If you are the MVP of the loser match you will get 40 Aeos Energy

Can we just pop these energy tanks as we get them or is it better to wait for weekly amount to hit zero then pop a extra energy tank?

you can stack up them anytime, it's still the same even if it's reach 0

The Extra Energy Tank gives you more Aeos Energy.. Example 1400 is the normal Aeos Energy Limit you can only get. and Once you buy Extra Energy Tank it will be 1400+1400 = 2800. Means You can get a Bonus 1400 if you buy Extra Energy Tank. And Note that The Extra Energy Tank has it's own Tank. and once the week reset is resetted. you still have your own Extra Energy Tank (except you already make it 0 at the week where you bought it) and you can buy many Extra Energy Tank as much as you wanted.
