I'd suggest playing a simple palm muting part like what I play in Verse 2. If the band builds it up you could play octaves like what guitar 2 plays in Instrumental 3 or even bring back the main lead line.
To play in F, you would play everything 4 frets higher since F is 4 semitones higher than the original key of Db. For the rhythm guitar parts, you would either capo on the 5th fret and use the same chord shapes or you could leave the capo on the 1st fret and use open E chord shapes.

To play in G, move everything either 6 frets lower or 6 frets higher. Whatever sounds best to you
