Thanks guys for the awesome advice.
I can relate to this, by mid 20s I had achieved my goals of owning a business owning a few investment properties. But being inexperienced I didn’t understand being over leveraged when the economy slows.
I push the reset button 5 years ago. I’m am now 33 and with the knowledge I learned from those experiences and invested more time to learn about finance, I’m in the best financial position I have ever been.
Thanks for your videos helping point us in the right direction.

Great episode, and advice I'm in that age bracket, my biggest regret in my 20's was not jumping on the housing market sooner and taking the opportunity in investing in shares being talked out of it by conservative european parents. Luckily I've made up for the lost opportunities with 2 big property purchases with future development opportunities.
I would relay your message strongly take the educated risks in your 20's in shares, property or other forms of investing, and set up a strong foundation, its all about ensuring you can have the living standards in life that you want which will create the life style you enjoy.
