Greg, there was no need to apologize at all during the video. Real anglers know that the video was a "real" day in life on the water. Sometimes we do great, and sometimes not so great. Keep 'em coming!

Greg, your channel is so unique, and that's why we love it! I did watch the whole vid. I believe on that long run few years back you caught a 4lb, nice bass. The uncut is the best, motoring, exploring. It's just real. 💯 🌊 🎣

Really enjoyed this “keeping it real “ perspective. Last few times kayak fishing on my favorite river here in mid Tennessee was very similar: three hours yielded only two or three green fish.

The grind is reel!...borrowed comment from below. Defiinitely appreciate seeing not just the highlights, but the real grind of bass fishing. Sometimes I get a little discouraged watching you and other great fisherman catch bass after bass, tank after tank. It is actually inspiring to see that we all struggle to catch them sometimes, and that maybe I am not a complete hack in the sport, lol.

I escaped 2 years ago, but gotta say that I do miss fishing there. Back-to-back 7.5 lb fish 20 minutes apart as pb’s. Know there is a chance to double and literally triple that size, there too. I had a fish over twice my pb take a striper I was reeling in, up to it’s head. Truly giant fish in there, right in the area you fished in this video.

Greg I like your videos anyway you want to put them out. I agree with your choice of using a spinner bait but ,don't take this wrong but your suppose to fish a spinner bait With the current. Meaning have your boat faced into the current. The reason being is that typical bass will hang close to the cover and Let The Current Blow The Bait To Them. If you look at the video you were riding the current. You can still catch that way sometimes. Thank you for all the work you put into these and good luck on the east coast.

I started with a paddle. That lasted one season. Now it's my fin drive, My NK 300, and of course my paddle is always onboard. Even just exploring new water, the PDL is a must. The motor well, total game changer. I did start with my J2 Bixpy, which I still use on smaller lakes, for a lighter set-up. 😎 🎣 🛶

These are great. Don't get me wrong, I love the edited tournament and pre-fish videos also. But sometimes it is nice to see what goes into just a day on the water. They way you narrate what and why you are doing something gives great insight into your thought process.
Kayak fishing is something I really never thought about until I stumbled upon one of your delta tournament videos. Since then I have been trying to find out as much about the sport as I can as I would like to purchase a Kayak in the future.
I do have some questions for you or anybody out there.
Every video I have ever watched. Everyone with a pedal drive has to clear the prop of vegetation. I have never seen, or has anybody even mentioned if the prop on the electric motor ever gets fouled with vegetation or whatever. And if it does. How do you clear it if it’s hanging off the back of the Kayak? Do you have to pedal to shore? Or do some incredible balancing act to get back there?

wonder what the bass tournaments impacts on bass numbers. If you have 50 boats with 5 fish limits that is 250 bass per day being moved to the weigh in area. Must have a impact on the fish, should have a tournament at the launch ramps and then release the fish back out in the delta.
