Yep. In most cases you cannot renovate without permission to renovate and each thing you want to do will need to be approved. I don't know if it's that way in the Philippines.

Yes we are so excited for you. This is the house I chose too. I had commented in the last video ,#7, but this was it, I didn't realize that it was #8. I felt this gave the best of both worlds, reasonable, not too far, plenty of play space etc. Praise the Lord! God came through again!

Really good job with raising the children. They all care for each other truly and are inclusive with one another. I am teacher in SE Asia and have been in America (USA)). I really enjoyed seeing how they play with one another. They did listen when you told them to wait for Theophany. They did without complaint and waited for her and included her. This was a blessing to watch. Great parenting, I know it is not easy but your hard work and love for the children shows, as well as the love for Jesus!

Oh this is lovely! I like the house and the kids love it. They have lots of recreation. That's a nice balconey. I'm happy for you! Theophany sees herself as big as her siblings. I'm going to admit I was kinda of extra careful with small children so I'm watching how she bravely keeps up with her siblings. With that I think she's still small for the balconey area.
I suggest guys also start planning to mortgage to prevent the hassle of moving places once circumstances change with the landlord. So many houses are being sold in Tagaytay that you can choose from. You can buy a house in that area too where you are. awww, Kids are thriving there in the Philippines.
The amenities will help grow your children talents and the house is beautiful...being near grandad is an added advantage...God bless your stay...prayers answered

I appreciate the bonding if the children with one another. The home is lovely with the parks for recreation for the children but please there should be adult guidance for the children when at the pool area as well as the balcony. Oh this is lovely! I like the house and the kids love it. They have lots of recreation. That's a nice balconey. I'm happy for you! Theophany sees herself as big as her siblings. I'm going to admit I was kinda of extra careful with small children so I'm watching how she bravely keeps up with her siblings. With that I think she's still small for the balconey area.

I suggest guys also start planning to mortgage to prevent the hassle of moving places once circumstances change with the landlord. So many houses are being sold in Tagaytay that you can choose from. You can buy a house in that area too where you are. awww, Kids are thriving there in the Philippines.
