You can always tell when DGR has no interest in playing SMM, he hops around like an idiot, takes random damage and doesn't care about even trying to beat a level.
That last level was painful to watch. He got rid of Bowser but didn't just wait for the fire to go by. Then, go back for SMB 2 Mushroom and get the pow.
I was also wondering why he didn't just kill bowser before he decided to fight Ludwig at the very end. The lack of browsers flames would have helped alot.

I have just came across your channel. You have an amazing creator personality and I LOVE your mario challenges content! I always watch mario challenges before bed as a comfort thing. Now I have a bunch more of em to watch (as ive watched almost every other one on youtube lol)

when he had the smb2 mushroom and was jumping on the thromp with the 2 mecha koopas on top, he was making him rise, , which meant he actually could had used that to get him high enough so he could then ride him to the left and get at the goodies there
Also, I feel like he could have use the Banzai Bill and make things way easier 😅

Am I the only one who gets absolutely pissed off when DGR "paces: fireballs. He can't stop his goddamned character long enough to let the fireballs fly past. He has to walk their EXACT speed until he jumps into them 3 minutes later.
If you have all the koopalings in one place, you should know that the level is going to be impossible 😞😞
The fight will be impossible, the only way levels like it are verified are because they have dev exits
@@LTFiresaw There isnt really a dev exit in that level though, you can check in the level viewer. Dave just wasnt focusing on the Ludwig.
@DragnHntr no dev powerup? Personally I would have tried luring some of the koopalings to the thwomp in the clown car for insta-kills, but most levels like this have some sort of easy out option

Some days is so painful to watch DGR play .. those days are when he has no patience and constantly makes simple errors

Those 11 to defeat was like the ultimate challenge for DGR 😂
Seems like in that last level, all he would have had to do would have been to get the SMB2 mushroom, grab the Banzai Bill, go to the top of the stairs just to the left of the last Bowser, throw the Banzai Bill to the left and ride it, and crouch jump off to get to the upper left section. At least that's what I would have tried to do.

@@conaldeugenepeterson2147 Exactly. It saves at least a third of a second, not having to write out those last two letters.
I think DGR could’ve taken the SMB2 mushroom first to hit Ludwig until he takes damage twice and then he could’ve grabbed the big mushroom which gives him two more hits in order to possibly defeat Ludwig and finish the level. He could’ve had an advantage of having 4 chances of taking damage and then he could’ve beaten the level without running out of time.
He needed to be better at getting a few hits in taking damage going back out doing it again you could get enough down to make it manageable

I don’t think the mecha koopa bullet strategy was going to work... Since those explode.

I always believe it's the star that takes you back to Yoshi's house that actually causes the changes not the last level of that area. Did you try to see if that's the case? The Top Secret Area above donut planes ghost house was actually the last thing I found out about years later after the game came out because there aren't any clues to tell the player that Ghost House has multiple exits. Most of them you can tell that a different exit exists because of how the map looks but that one was hard to spot.

The Gusty level was interesting..but the way it was designed i dont think the fheck points help. Because even if you keep the coins, the world still has to go through multiple cycles to be destroyed/built any time you die...right?

You said you wanted to get the pow on the last level, why didn't you pick up the giant bullet bill and throw it so it would head back towards the start of the level.

Typical DGR. I used to enjoy watching him. Now all he does is complain "what am i missing/this make no sense" all while if took even a second would easily understand.

What is this 10 minute time limit garbage?
He didn't really say it anywhere in the video, but this is somewhere in the middle of a twitch stream where he was doing viewer levels and he gave each person 10 minutes to beat their level. I sure wish he would just have a little clip at the beginning of each video introducing the content instead of just going right into the video with no context.
