How to Update the Firmware on the Canon 1D Series

Was only able to download Software & utilities update from Canon site. When I tried to download Firmware it would just say "there is no firmware for the OS version you selected" Im using a Macbook with the latest OS version which Canon did recognize when I selected Software update but wouldn't recognize when selecting Firmware. Any suggestions or info on this subject? Thanks !
