  • Living in the present moment frees you from the burden of past experiences and anxieties about the future. Emotional and psychological blockages, formed by resistance to the past, will inevitably distort your mind’s view of reality and limit happiness. By practicing mindfulness, acceptance, and inner purification, you can learn to live in the present moment and embrace life's challenges with enthusiasm and openness rather than fear and resistance.

Need to let those trapped emotions out. Well I guess they will in time.
I had the same when he said something about our hearts and guarding them in another video.

A very timely episode given today's infamous anniversary.
Thank you for lifting me up from the bed of misery I'd awoken in. I'm going to work at casting aside my hopeless and distraught mood, and just let it all go, choosing instead to enjoy each blessed breath I take.
The world will continue to spin, and forces which are far beyond my control will continue to rise and fall. None of it matters in the eyes of eternity.
    Thank you.

There is a culture on this earth today, whose people exhort us annually for the past 70 years, not to forget the past... There is no forgiveness for those who perpetrated the horrors, or their descendants. How are those descendants meant to handle this situation today? It might be possible to learn now, to forgive and forget what are ultimately minor infringements perpetrated in the past, from friends and family, overriding our egos that try to get us not to and to permanently harbour grudges and vengeful urges, instead, but the lessons will just get bigger and harder, until we face the conditions on this planet today, which have arisen from the insistence of continuing to remember the historical past, by us all.

I know you will be transformed with repetition or when we decide to give in and let go and allow.
Whenever is your time you’re here 😊
