Using a modern power supply seems better. It's the one thing I would accept as an upgrade. I wouldn't want to trust a 40 year old power supply. If it blows out, then it can take out all the electronics.
@@TheBigExclusive yeah I'm not 100% against a switching power supply. But the original linear power supplies can all be rebuilt with easily available components
@@TheBigExclusive I don't even know what's going on here? Lol. If this was 4:3 and then stretched to 16:9 everything would look super stretched out. Also there wouldn't be side bars on either side of the video. Perhaps if you guys aren't seeing this in proper 4:3 it might be something you have your RUclips viewer set to

Yeah I don't know what you're talking about. This IS 4:3 you can't "set" a VHS camera to anything else. Lol.
Probably filmed in 4:3, but cropped it to wide-screen during video editing.
