GASTRIC SLEEVE UK, 6 month post op update!

A long overdue update of my life 6 months post op including current weight loss, diet and exercise details and update photos.
Forgot to mention in the video my current dress size. In January 2017 I was size 24-26 and am currently 12-14 😊 xx

That's what Christmas is for, I'll be 5 months post op by next Christmas and I fully plan to eat off menu for the day. To be able to eat at Christmas without putting on 10 KGs is my life's goal LOL.
