For the little guavas the seeds are my favorite part because they are the sweetest part. Since they are so hard I just swallow them whole, don’t wanna break the teeth.
For anyone looking for healthy food alternatives for weight loss these really are great! I ate 4 and feel pretty full and satisfied. I could definitely see myself eating these for breakfast or as a little snack.
I had never eaten a guava before tonight, I was walking by them (baby guava) and they caught my eye, so I picked one up and smelled it...wow, so I bought four and bit in to one in the parking lot...not expecting the seeds though, had a texture like cheese cake, was amazing, I ate it swallowing the seeds almost like instinct. I picked up some baby guava at Aldi today (only because the packaging had children eating them, and i figured if picky kids liked them i might too) and this was so helpful 🥺 i got some nice ripe ones and was able to try them when I got home and they're So good! LoveN' Happiness I don’t have a large colon it was removed because I suffered from ulcerative colitis so I have to be very careful, my body doesn’t digest food the same way as others. Hope this helps

I bought my first batch of mini guavas today. i always liked the guava juice cocktail so i wanted to try the actual fruit. Seeds are definitely hard as a rock. Swallowing them is like swallowing tiny pills. Wasn't as sweet or juicy as i would hope. But it tastes ok. I probably would find other ways to eat them.

I have a local tree that grows the small ones. It's difficult to pick good ones. There outside skin turns bad quickly. There is shop many seeds I can't bite it like a apple. The ones i ate had no flavor. Green outside white inside.
