I’m so so happy that you mention it as a storm, because this is exactly the info I was getting from spirit the other day. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling extreme anxiety and horrible head congestion and took some time out for meditation. In the meditation I remembered some of the Buddhist teaching imagery that helped me a few years ago when I was going through a particularly challenging dark night of the soul period. I imagined myself as a tree with deep deep roots into the earth. I moved my awareness from the metal mind in the head, the chatter and anxiety, down into my stomach while deep breathing, seeing this area as the trunk of the tree. Even in the harshest storms, the tree with deep roots is able to weather the storm. I used the mantra “I am in a storm, but I have weathered worse” over and over and it really did help me! Wishing everyone peace! Remember, we are all Interconnected, we are all Earth Citizens! ✌️🌎🌏🌍☮️🕊

I used the same meditation the day I gave birth to my son and it was the fastest and most gentle birthing experience.
Yesterday i had a headache/congestion as well. Mediation and listening to Eckhart Tolle helped me to clear it out. Much love to all💜✨

It always cracks me up when Lee says "even if it's just taking 10 minutes out of your day" when he's talking about self-care. I don't know if this is just happening for people on shamanic paths or what the deal is... but it's more like 6-8 hours/day at the moment. It feels like anything short of being fully in my power and fully in my heart is deeply uncomfortable right now. It's like I have a very limited timeline to step into my power, and while the initiations are gentle and peaceful, they are time-consuming and daily. Every single day is a mini-rebirth. So much fire energy!

I have PTSD, and had therapy and learned to live with it. But GEEEEZ, now I know why things I made peace with have been popping up. And I had to cut important people out of my life to stay safe and take care of my family. The wounds throw me off too much!

12:50 "We're in another period where you get to allow & feel your feelings in an all-new way, it's not always comfortable, but when we let an old feeling up and into our awareness or into our body/ senses we are usually seeing how much of it we can release; we are 'surfacing' something we can no longer take with us into the future as a result of where we have got to now. Often people say 'I think I'm regressing'. I'm hashing out that thing I went through 8 years ago again, but we don't tend to rehash it in the exact same way [this is different to PTSD/ deep trauma] ... I'm just speaking about when old memories surface, old wounds, old feelings, a lot of them are coming up right now to be released ... you are not regressing, you are progressing ... but sometimes when these feelings/ memories/ thoughts visit, it can put you into an older state of being for an hour/day/few days, but this is to do with where you are moving to; the future; you are just going back in time to shed something that can't come with you from the past because your patterns, thoughts & emotions are changing, but the body has to release it as you go." #gratitude
Yes...I've been going through this timeline healing/clearing the past month or so, a deep dive down into the "underworld", even though I know it isn't "real" in terms of present time consciousness, it feels very disorienting, very painful and activating. Taking it day by day, because that's about all I can manage, trying to hang on to my sanity, and remembering to breathe, rest, and eat.

Lee, watching this felt like you summarised the last 8 or 9 years for me. I didn’t know about time line jumping and I spent a lot of time in the ethereal realms due to also being unwell/having a spiritual awakening. I worded it as “weaving the past and future together while dissolving what wasn’t working in my life anymore” this year I’m about to turn 33 and feel myself coming out of this deeeply transformative time where I’ve gone through past lives, childhood reparenting, reframing, soul retrieval and reactivating my healing powers etc As always in true spirit fashion, I’ve received a clear description and label of what I’ve been moving through at the end. 🥲 Thank you for being you, for sharing your gift with the World in such expansive uplifting ways 🙏🌹💜💫

I found this energy update spot on and reflects exactly what is happening in the world right now and the effect it's having on us all. Awakening on this planet is quite clearly a gnarly, awkward, difficult painful thing. Love, peace and healing are the only way forward and not the fear, hatred, bitterness and separation that is being force fed to us by all leaders and media clinging onto old patterns.
