If you think about the story this commercial is telling, it’s about a person unsuccessfully searching the 1995 internet for information about sunflowers and instead getting information about the sun, Sonny Bono, crop circles, aliens, Sesame Street, the Titanic, British monarchs, and finally monarch butterflies. That is exactly what searching the internet was like before Google.
What would make Internet Explorer even better is if it was updated every 3 months, so as of May 2022, there would have been 108 versions of Internet Explorer rather than having 11 versions.
