edit is cool and so on, but for me it looks a bit too random. The intro was intriguing and had a mysterious feel, which got me really interested, but with the drop I kind a lost the connection with the intro. I think it's because of CC. Music builds a dark and mysterious atmosphere, so the dark skybox and color correction would fit perfectly and build the atmosphere even more. 0:18 that spherize effect looks off the whole theme :/ One more thing why dark CC would be better, it's because it would give a better contrast between models (with those edge effects) and the whole map. 0:29 don't know what idea you had behind those triangles, but they seemed completely random to me :// Mate your velocity is a bit too choppy, it lacks some dynamic movement in the clips. I know you tried to sync to the beat, but there's always a work around to make clip more flowy ;) Last thing, the ending had no connection to the whole clip, especially the falling bullets. Either you had to make better transition,(not just fade to black) or make something similar to the intro, cause it is considered to be right to end the video as you started, not exactly the same, but keeping the same idea/theme. That's all mate. I hope you won't take it as a hate, but as a way of yourself improvement ! (all I stated is just my opinion, no need to judge me for that ;))
+JaCobb I will never judge anyone for their opinon :D The reason why I decided to make the Color Corrections as they are is, because I wanted to try out to desaturate almost everything but one color. So in the first scene it is a yellowish tint, changing to blue when the effects comes up and then fades back. Every scene has its own special colors and that was actually the idea behind that. I usually don't like dark CCs, except for night scenes, because you lose a lot of contrast and that often means worse quality on youtube if you don't render with 1337mb/s :D The triangle effect was just to make it more interesting, the velocity is just my style :p I like the way how it looks a bit harder in combination with 30fps, but it depends on taste. And for the last scene I have to agree, it doesn't really have a connection but I thought I would need to add something to fade it out. The bullets are just representing the shots of the "frozen soldier" so it is up to you who was killed and who survived (because they both shot at the same time). Anyway, thanks a lot for your detailed feedback, I will try to make everything stick together even more next time! :)
