im not a boiler expert, but from what I seen it wasn't to bad. I Didn't see and rust holes. Did notice the steam cylinder had a crack other than that not too bad
lots of steam engines in need of work in southern Ontario both in public and private hands, but the cost of boiler repair or replacement has gone through roof in the last 5 yrs or so
the steam engine could of been a straw burner. They usually had a brick arch in there for straw but when it got old or damaged it was taken out and they just burnt wood or coal. kind of an odd duck seeing that brand out west.
