Sleep suggestion: No phone after you start your nighttime routine; if you want music, use a voice-activated speaker. If you need to use your phone, force yourself to stand up and do not use it while lying in bed. Before I get into bed, I do "somatic shaking." I usually do it in the bathroom while I am by myself because it looks silly. However, it is the best thing I have implemented, especially as someone who occasionally gets restless legs!

Two more suggestions: switch the nighttime TV to music and grab some "loop" earplugs to fall asleep with. They are the best and so comfy! Watching TV before your shower/night-time routine will help you so much, and watching it in another room that is not your bedroom would be even better!
