I am so thankful for this video!! I do appreciate the fact that you are just winging it with what you’ve got already. I hope you have more Chevy spark videos I can watch. Because I much prefer to do the simple car work myself. 15 out of 10. Keep doing what your doing!
Thanks, couldn't have done it w/out you ! Mine's a 2013. Besides the 3 plastic plugs, there's also a screw on the side wall in front of the speaker. Also Fyi, the bolt holding the bottom of the shock in is 14mm. Don't know about the top, as I used an adjustable wrench. The bottom bolt was in pretty tight, so I used a longer pipe on the wrench for extra leverage !
FYI Gents, most auto parts stores don't stock the shocks for a Spark, so they have to order it. +1 to Rock Auto Parts, like he said. The price, + S/ H & Taxes was the same as the store. So I had it mailed to my house with super fast Shipping !
Hi there. I use a Chevrolet beat/ spark in india. It's 2013 model. I need to know how can I increase the stiffness on front shockers. Is it okay to use hardened spring and same shock absorber size ? With hardened spring coil I mean the one which is a lil longer in size and still put the standard sized gas filled shocks? Will it hamper performance or milage or will it increase and improve performance?
Hello I just got a used 2014 yesterday to find out the mileage is 193000 should I take it back it make a lot of noise inside but quiet outside while driving

Good Call on the Anti-seize. Man I had fighting rusted bolts that could have been coated.
