since it only requires a soft fork, why cant it be market driven instead of "consensus"? all this presume a use case for covenant that is of value. if its of value ppl will pay for that value. As a private company/individual you can create that soft fork and if its of value and people want to use it, then the ppl that want to use it will adopt it (companies and individuals). The free market solve itself. If no one adopts it means no one is willing to pay for it means it is of no value to ppl. what am i not understanding about soft forks?
