ایک بات معلوم کرنی ہے کہ جب کرایہ نامہ میں لکھا ہو کہ اگر کرایہ دار 2 ماہ تک دوکان بند رکھے یا کرایہ ادا نہ کرے تو مالک دوکان، دوکان پر قبضہ اور قانونی کارروائی کا مجاز ہو گا۔
اب آپ کا مشورہ درکار ہے اگلی کارروائی کے لئے کیا اقدام اختیار کر نا چاہیے۔ اور یہ کہ اس صورتحال میں اس کرایہ نامہ کی کیا حیثیت باقی رہتی ہے۔

ایک بات معلوم کرنی ہے کہ جب کرایہ نامہ میں لکھا ہو کہ اگر کرایہ دار 2 ماہ تک دوکان بند رکھے یا کرایہ ادا نہ کرے تو مالک دوکان، دوکان پر قبضہ اور قانونی کارروائی کا مجاز ہو گا۔

بندہ جیسے ہی عدالت جائے گا، ایک نہ ختم ہونے والا سلسلہ شروع ہو جائے گا۔
کیوں اس بیچارے کو غلط رستہ لگاتے ہو۔ اسے کہیں بس دو چار تگڑے لڑکوں کو پی وی سی کے پلاسٹک والے پائپ پکڑا کے کرایہ دار کی ٹھکائی کر کے سامان باہر پھینک کے اپنی چارپائی کرسیاں اندر لگا دے۔
جو کرایہ دار پولیس بلائے تو پولیس کو بھگا دیں کہ یہ دیوانی محکمہ مال کا معاملہ ہے آپ جاؤ اپنا کام کرو۔
بالکل ایسے میں نے کیا تھا ۔ بس 35 ہزار روپے لگے تھے۔ یار آج کل کون عدالت یا وکیل کے پاس جاتا ہے۔ ہاں جس کی بالکل ہی مت ماری ہوئی ہے وہی عدالت جائے گا۔

1. the rent related laws are uniform for all provinces or there are different laws for punjab and sindh
2. what is about registration requirements (for over 11 months) differs in sindh & punjab.
3.Your location whether in sindh or else where.
Aoa, last thing first, I am based in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK.
Rent laws are almost 99.5 % same throughout the country.
Registration law throughout the country is same and you need your ownership document to register it along with copy of your CNIC and of your attorney and you also need two witnesses.

Walikum Musalam, there is no minimum or maximum rent determined by any law, so why it would be illegal? Illegal is something which is prohibited by law. The terms mutually agreed upon will be binding upon the parties.

Walikum Musalam, if you are the owner of property and have rented out the property and the rent agreement is written between you and your tenant then you are the owner as well as landlord not your son. Landlord is defined in law as one who rents out the property to tenant. So it’s always recommended that you assign special power of attorney to your son related to this property who shall have the power to collect or increase rent, and to vacate the property and to renew contract or to give the property to a new tenant on rent, blah blah blah
