To me it looks as though giraffe answered all the baby deer's questions. Then seeing baby deer off trotting away happy and satisfied with the short time spent with the very tall giraffe that actually looks not too different 🦌🦒once tall giraffe bends down to say hello. The biggest difference between the two aside from height is their tails.

I don't remember where I read this, but there was a study where they would play infant cries from all sorts of species to females of all sorts of species, including human women, and they saw many subjects immediately try to "care" for the babies they were hearing, regardless of species. It was amazing seeing that a mother's love isn't bound to it's species.

Humans are animals by definition, they are also mammals, and by looking at how their brains work it's clear they are capable of similar emotions as humans.
