You have to breath while the back of your tongue is on the back of your mouth where there a soft palate (mewing) to attain this you have to almost suck your tongue backwards in your throat and press up against the palate, then try inhale

H, do you think listening to music(such as emotional piano music or something that evokes a strong emotion in you), can be good for meditation? I want to try and get better at controlling my emotions and just be more relaxed and calm. When i do this I feel so much more better and free. What are your guys thoughts on this?
Breath out completely, breath in through nose completely, erect your spine then finish the breath with a breath through your mouth. Rise the energy up to brain then hold, release energy into heart
Try any breathing technique. I personally like buteyko breathing. But in general I think diaphragmatic breaths throughout the day are best if you arent doing a dedicated practice while sitting/laying down
hey joseph, i really love your content. i heard in a short of yours that practicing some sort of combat sports is a must. so can you give a guide on how we can manage martial arts, gym and work. here for me martials arts classes take 2-3 hours. hope you would make it

Try to follow a guided session at first. I recommend a channel called “othership” or “breath with sandy” for a good starter pack.
