Also I think he only transfered the curry to a bigger pot as per needed a bigger port for the amount of water per can! could not put so much water in the 1st pot! a bigger pot was needed. 🤣So I do not think anything went wrong, Uncle Rashid has many vidios and he is a great cook who knows what he is doing and I personaly love watching them and learning from him for my family.💐🌼💐

Anyone can make a pot of curry... With onions and masala... But it takes a special hand to prepare it properly... And tasty... Too much water is a no no.

Did anyone notice that the pot in which the dhal gosht was cooking got changed after the meat was added / when the dhals were added the food was in a totally different pot 😳 something funny went on in that half an hour challenge

It looks disgusting, the way he is decanting the lentils. I would lose my appetite seeing this. Would have been better if it was done in advance, decanted into a dish, and then added to the meat. The whole process, to me was disgusting, ugh!
To the public, if you haven't got anything nice to say, rather not say anything at all. It is much more polite. Advice is nice but insult is hurtful. Food is never disgusting

Rashid you look like a chancer .for an experienced cook I think you should be more organized your choice of utensils is terrible. Dumping the dhal out of the can digging the dhal out the can with the handle of the spoon and rubbing on the walls of the pot .eish it's so clumsy and last 1 why you started with fish pot and changed experienced cooks would not do that

Always have products decanted to save time and difficulty and use boiling water as cold water slows down cooking time
