This was just supposed to be a quick little compilation, but turned out to be basically a full little short film almost. Doesn't include some really short or random lines.

The ties are obvious, actually - the Orb Vallis is the location of an Orokin Gene Forge.
"The Corpus come in and turn the old Orokin terraformers back on, and we got plants and animals ain't no one ever seen. Either ole' Nef is hiding something, or the planet is."
Yes, the planet is hiding something. An ancient Orokin Gene Forge.
"Spike the breaks there, chum. Are you telling me there's something UNDER Venus?"

In all seriousness, I cannot wait to read the lore entries coming in Fortuna Part 2. I'm calling it right here and now, there is an Orokin Gene Forge under the Orb Vallis, and THAT is why the Corpus not only were able to produce the rudimentary Orbs, but why they dedicate so many resources to the area, and why they are trying to hold onto it so darn hard. I can guarantee a still-functioning Gene Forge is literally Heaven to the Corpus.
@Lawin Colt Well, there is a cave with three Void Gates, with one still partially funcitonal (its pieces are moving). There is also the Orokin Dig Site near the Spaceport, which the Corpus look like they've been unsuccessfully trying to open for a while.
There is so much potential for events and stories in the Orb Vallis, it's insane how much lore and how many stories we can deduce just from looking at the map, let alone these conversations.
@Lawin Colt Northwest of the Orokin Dig Site - it looks like the gates would have been directly behind whatever facility the Corpus are now excavating at the Dig Site.

What I love about these idle conversations is that not only it hints at all sorts of worldbuilding (whether it is existing locations like Cetus or the Index, or rumors of the Orokin Gene Forge), it also shows us the various faces of the Fortuna folk: Weary overworked ones, ones with side jobs doing mercenary work, even ones that actually support the Corpus and might even used to be one of the crewmen you bullet-jumped past, but they got stuck at a bad spot somehow like the rest of them. It's all very multifaceted, which I like.
Personally my favorite line is the one fellow that mentions that the other Corpus actually want Nef Anyo to mess up and let Solaris United take over. Means you can show off Corpus support and still fight Nef.
I also just love all the Slang for the other factions, Grineer are Copycats which is on the nose but fun, and the infested are Zits. Also like the fact that the Infestation is still out in space and spreading, between that and the Plague Stars you have to wonder where all that crap is coming from.
Calinas the Necromancer probably earis since it’s a infection planet or not since the infection was not out that long. Because they were existent until one of the Gerneer scientists release them

Don't think I got the third one 100% right, but I feel like these quotes are relevant again now with the Duviri Paradox revealed.
Oh thank god. Some of these lads are an absolute nightmare to listen to, Nef Anyo popping up every 5 minutes ain't helping either. Thanks for the video StallordD.

Either they’re people that was born as a corpus or have no choice to work for the corpus. And probably few are clones since they got the stamp thing on there forehead. Could be anything, wish we get more lores from this game.
Its probably under a different scenario, he said warframe, not tenno. From what we have seen in warframes general "public life" the civilians when seeing a warframe refer to them as tenno. So just a theory but that guys may have saw a inactive warframe being sent of to alad v for experiments and got caught snooping and his friends and him got punished.

Solaris dialogue is still the same on relays. Trust me, there might be less but it's there.
Its really hard to understand what they are saying with the loud music and all those background noices.
That's probably the point. Keep lore hints, well...hidden.

Seems to answer a lot about the lowermost sections of the Corpus hierarchy. The statement about ‘Indoctrination camps’ on Neptune/Pluto makes much more sense now. Helpless colonists pushed into debt, taught nothing but to accept the ‘way of Profit’ to move forwards.
Well, that’s my interpretation anyway. Seems like Fortuna might just harbour more factions than I previously thought...

It's literally at 1/6th the peak volume of the voices. Ambient sounds? Sure. Fortuna is loud.

Makes sense, 3 open worlds, on the first 3 planets you visit 1 for each faction.

Anyone notice how many Solaris used the words "Rail Agent"? With Railjack coming, I'm starting to wonder if Railjack isn't too far from being the same as a Car Jack.
We know the Solar Rails are going to be getting some changes too, so are these hints? Are we going to be getting our Railjacks by Black Market deals with Rail Agents? Are the Tenno Clan Rails going to be utilized for more than just Dark Sectors? Are the Solar Rails just those big hyperspace launchers from Mass Effect?

They're ambient dialogue, just walk near some of the Solaris and you can hear them.
