Really cool tune, I love it! So untypical from a lot of today’s music. I like how Anna writes her own music, isn’t influenced by trends. She’s a pure songwriter from the old school. . Cool things with the rhythm here, varying of tempos. Just an overall excellent song. My only reservation is that it seems like her voice might have a little effect on it. I wish it were a little cleaner. I don’t like when the studio alters the human voice at all. Keep it human, we don’t need more machine effects. We want pure humanity. But there’s not much studio meddling here, maybe just a little.

Really cool. Like the funk in this one and how it’s outside of the box in terms of songwriting - rare. The only thing I don’t like that much is how the producer makes Anna’s somewhat processed, I prefer when we hear it straight with no studio effects. There’s too much of that these days. Using tech to take some humanity away. She doesn’t need that crap. Such a beautiful voice, don’t veer off into that modern lane, the extra, supra-human one. Keep her voice clean, clear, direct, immediate, no additional studio layers - they only detract. Simplicity, clear is the best. Anna, not a machine.
But this is still a Great song, I want to say that first. Will be better live.
