It's so weird how brands like Ford have more efficient and electrified options outside of their domestic markets. The hybrid was dropped on this due to poor sales, along with the Lincoln Aviator losing the PHEV. Strange decisions if you ask me.
I've got a 21 St, and the only issue was a parking module went out. But if you compare it with earlier ones, Ford deleted some options, which should have come at that price range.
I'm sure Ford will have some discounts on these early into the new year, the domestics almost always seem to have some sort of rebates going on at any given time.
That's certainly something that's come up on TikTok recently, I know that was going around quite a bit. I think that's a good rule to follow, although rules are meant to be broken.
You need to drive a 90's saleen explorer before you make that "best explorer" claim.. Those saleen 5.0 with full time awd with the saleen body kit and the aircraft suspension imo will always be the best explorer.. especially if you find the hens teeth supercharged version..
@ They were a sales flop, They only made 300 of them from 98 to 01 and of them less than half had the supercharger. They were 52k in 98.. the 98 vette was 45k so.. i mean.. rare.. but i still think that is what i would call the best explorer they ever made.. again.. Imo..
It was sold until recently in Europe as a plug-in hybrid with the 3.0 V6 and about 450 hp. Now they get a fully electric smaller model for 2025.

3.0 v6 have engine noise pumped in the sound system, on or off,,,
I deactivated it on mine and the calmness and confort is like a saloon, I love it!
Glad to hear it! I think a lot brands are pumping in fake audio now.

Ford is #1 in recalls 3 years running.
So why are you watching it?
oof
@@PRNTestDriveNo Ford is not number 1 in recall! So it seems that we cannot trust your opinion! If you do some research you will be more informed!

Beautiful SUV. Strong engine. Interior is refined. Lack of knobs to control radio and climate control is a huge downside. Needs a $10,000 discount.

From what I know, police Explorers don't have roof rails while civilian ones do have them. And that's how you can tell them apart.

Wonder how many of those exist out in the world.
