    My only advice it to lower your front ball, you may have to move the stinger forward 1 hole. It will can save on height (depending on the AC location), less trailer movement, and will also make it easier to tuck the next trailer under it if you would need to. I also put a strap over the front "A" frame of the campers. I had one bounce off the ball before. The ball latch on the trailer itself broke. The front strap also keeps the trailer more stable, it keeps it from rocking back and forth in the wind. Sometime if it was real windy I would throw a strap over the rear bumper of the camper as well. It just makes the drive more pleasant. I also wired my forklift plug up to my battery as well so I knew I would never have any issues with my brakes or winch. My forklift plus stayed plugged in at all times.

      The issue with moving the stinger forward is that the state of Washington considers that overhang.

      @@caseyharris82 Missouri and Washington consider the roller for the winch cable as overhang as well. I ran through both states with mine moved ahead just for enough for me to drop my ball and they always informed me that by "technicalities" it was over length but never ticketed me. Might be worth finding a shorter ball tower to install in the front if they are going to be sticklers about it or to be safe. But it will make a world of difference keeping the camper from moving around.

    Nice looking trailer. Stinger does nothing to the overall combination length. Those states will that measurement are just making a weak excuse for another cash cow. Thanks for the information on Autosocks as someone with experience using them. Thank you for sharing and have a great day.

    Are the auto socks acceptable in place of chains in most states?

    If you stop by Iowa 80 you can get some long pins where you don’t have to reach under the trailer when you do 3 they are about 16 inch long same size as the ball tower pins that come with your trailer I have them they are great

    Casey, I’ve been doing singles with Foremost for a year now and want to multi haul but they don’t have goosenecks available, also I’m non CDL. I took my bed off and did a haulers bed before and isn’t like not having my bed, but I still want to multi haul with my bed. What can I do?

    You light yourself beautifully in the morning sun! Lol! 2nd flatbed load down! Boo yah! I didn't realize you have to take the propane tanks off. How long did it take you to load up?

    • @fairwindsfollowingseas7909
      @fairwindsfollowingseas7909  2 года назад

      The first took a little over 2 hours. Second load was about an hour. Only certain loads require the propane tanks and jacks to come off

    What yard were you loading the RVs? I've towed those trailers in the background... it's like a lead sled attached to the truck.
