- Another arrangement based off of a Stan Kann arrangement.
Played on the MasterWorks 3/31 Virtual Theatre Pipe Organ. This is following a good bit of voicing done to the organ recently, and the addition of better pistons that can be seen in the video and a touch screen to display and run stops (off camera).
I am not sure where the individual samples came from, but the solo tibia was given a good bit of voicing to make it sound a bit better (it was just like the main tibia, only louder, until I adjusted a few things.). It now trems MUCH better, and is a good bit brighter.Really holds its place in the ensemble.
This is a virtual theatre organ using the MasterWorks 3/31 sample set. The console is all home-built, using standard MIDI keyboards and a MIDI pedalboard. Stops are activated with a touch screen (off camera unfortunately), and pistons are controlled by rows of buttons as seen here. The ppedalboard is only one octave, but it is soon to be replaced with a 2 octave pedalboard. Thanks for watching.
Very nice. What a joy to hear you play. Keep the videos coming.
That was a very nice song, Tim; and, you played it well! I hope to hear you play in-person, sometime.
Wow! Keep up the good work!
Sad this is the only place we'll ever hear him play now.
Very nice, Tim. Just wondered what make/model of TO that is?
Tim, where did you get that solo Tibia from? Geeze, it's so sexy! It sounds like the coveted "Murry Harris Redwood Tibia " That was used by Lyn Larsen and now Rob Richards ( in the ElCapitan Theatre Hollywood). See "Tibias of the El Capitan Wurlitzer" video here for a nice sound sample of the Murry Harris Redwood Tibia.
