If you look closely to Stacy's hands, it's totally henna(basically it's Hindu's tradition) that muslims would use to decorate their hands(especially the brides) and it's Melayu's/Malaysian's tradition to do a day before someone's wedding. The brides' family would gather on the night before the wedding ceremony(?) to decorate their hands with henna, girls really love to decorate it on their own way(It's optional to the men, but the groom SHOULD have it) Which briefly explains, on that time Akim & Stacy was newlyweds when they did that performance because it takes the henna 2 weeks-2 months to erase it from hands/skin. ^.^
