He was probably fortifying troops to secure the block on purple. And 2-3 defending troops only makes the attacker lose an average of one. Which is not a concern when sets are high
White never got a block up on purple, I would love to see full vision on this game, I suspect he was faking putting a block up so both people traded with him

I thought for sure they were going to go bad against you near the end when you took russia and put a smaller stack against his finland to back him up. Also thank you for just taking the caps and ending it. I hate when i step off cap to concede and they spend like 2 turns trying to world dom when they can SEE my empty caps lol. It almost makes me want to step back on cap and force them to win it outright lol
I really liked the way you ended that game. I don't think your world-dom style finishes are bad at all, but this one felt like a special level of respect; the 4's were (chef's kiss) perfect. Great video, thanks for making it!
This is why I hate bots in risk 😞 While I get it can become a strategy to understand bots and play around them, many times it just comes down to luck. I almost wish in games like caps it would revert all bot locations to 1 army and no cap. Or something

@TheKillPeteStrategy the reason i am asking is because there has been a big debate on the steam community padge where there is a lot of people that is actually angry about it and i think that the developers of the game is destroying the game because of it because they are losing a lot of players
Being someone who has been a grandmaster many times on different accounts. These days I prefer more variance in play. I also don't play as much but novice does put a factor of "you have no idea". Might be the greatest player ever and might be someone who just downloaded the game. I get bored knowing who/level I'm playing against.
I appreciate you not going for the world Dom after purp steps off and basically surrenders. I hate when i do it because i know i clearly lost but the other person continues going for the world Dom usually taking several more turns to do so
i kinda hate when people get stupid emotional rather trying to win. ive learned that sometimes its better to just sit back and not really make any moves and let them hate each other. in fact alot of games ive played tho only on classic, ill just sit in asian and let everyone else take countries because it just makes someone want to attack you if your holding a +5, and they guy with a 30 stack without a country isnt perceieved as a threat.
Question, you're holding back and muting your swear words, is that to reach a wider audience? I dont remember you muting yourself swearing on this channel?
Bots (especially from a player that botted rather than an OG bot) shouldnt count in win order. If you come 3rd, cause a player bot is still alive you should get second in my opinion. Why reward bot outs witha placements.

Was it annoying that white kept leaving 2s and 3s while forcing you to trade in your own territory. Seems like some sneaky play to me.

If I stepped off cap and the other person doesn't just take it I am 100% stepping back on.
If I can WD I take it in a single turn and I take it quickly. Sometimes if my opponent shows the proper deference I'll win via caps

Players can host these settings with the neutral bot. An argument can be made that those are more skillful games

Typically when I go for the WD I do it quickly and over one turn.
