Wow! Finally a filter coffee machine that understands brewing. What's the hot plate temperature to keep coffee warm? Is that something people can turn off?

Hello Jason, while brewing the hot plate can't be turned off but after the brewing process is done you are able to turn off the heating funtion. :-)
