- Darth Vader accompanied the Imperial Fleet in invading the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk, because rumors abound that there is a rogue Jedi who is fighting in defense of the Wookiees. After battling his way through an army of vicious Wookiees, Vader eventually made his way to a small hut, home of the rogue Jedi Kento Marek. Kento, in an attempt to protect the planet and his young son, Galen, from Vader's grasp, engaged the Sith Lord. Kento, not surprisingly, lost the duel and is then killed by a Force choke by Vader. During the battle however, it became apparent that the young son was powerful in the ways of the Force. Powerful enough that, rather than allow his officers and stormtroopers to kill the young boy, Vader murdered them to protect the boy.
Now in Vader's hands, the young boy is taught in the ways of the Sith, is raised as Vader's secret apprentice, sent on dangerous missions by his dark master in order to test his abilities, and given the codename of "Starkiller".

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is an action-adventure game developed by LucasArts and part of The Force Unleashed multimedia project. It was initially developed for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 consoles and on iOS, second-generation N-Gage, Nintendo DS, PlayStation Portable, and Java-equipped mobile phone handhelds. The game was released in North America on September 16, 2008, in Australia and Southeast Asia on September 17, and in Europe on September 19. LucasArts released downloadable content for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. An Ultimate Sith Edition of the game, containing both new and previously released downloadable content, was released in November 2009, and later ported to the macOS and Microsoft Windows. An enhanced remaster of the Wii version, developed by Aspyr, was released on Nintendo Switch on April 20, 2022.
The project bridges the first two Star Wars trilogies, acting as an origin story for both the united Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Civil War depicted in the original trilogy. The game introduces a new protagonist named "Starkiller", a powerful Force user trained as Darth Vader's secret apprentice, who is tasked with hunting down Jedi survivors of the Great Jedi Purge while trying to keep his existence a secret. However, after he is tasked with planting the seeds of what would become the Rebel Alliance, which Vader plans to take advantage of to overthrow the Emperor, Starkiller begins to question his own morality and slowly redeem himself. Following Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm in 2012, the game became part of the non-canonical Star Wars Expanded Universe (also known as Star Wars Legends), and an alternative origin for the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Civil War was given in other forms of Star Wars media, such as Star Wars Rebels.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed received generally mixed to positive reviews from critics, with praise for its story, voice acting, physics, art, and soundtrack, but criticism for its linear gameplay and technical issues. The game was a bestseller in the United States and Australia, with over one million copies sold during its debut month. As of February 2010, the game had sold over seven million copies, and was the fastest-selling Star Wars video game of its time. A sequel, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, was released in October 2010.

I actually prefer how this game looks to the 360/ps3 version. Idk why but I just really love the way ps2/xbox/gamecube/wii games look. I really love the low poly yet still somewhat detailed character models and environments, I just find that era of graphics really appealing, especially Resident Evil 4, Twilight Princess, and of course this game.
It wasn't on the Nintendo GameCube
Finally, music for the game.
Star Wars: The Expanded Universe - Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (PS2, Wii, Switch versions) - The Battle of Kashyyyk (c. 18 BBY)
Boss: Wookiees & Fugitive Jedi Knight
I am so getting this game for my Nintendo Switch
How the heck did i just discover this from the guy who did the different versions of the force unleashed
It’s a remaster/port of the Wii version
So getting the game.
Does anyone, and I mean ANYONE know the name of the music that plays at 9:46? I’ve searched all over RUclips and the great worldwide web for a name, but haven’t found anything and nobody’s answered my question.
Its a reshuffle of the Battle of Geonosis theme
Do you know where I can find it?
You probably had already found it, but if not, you can find the piece in the Ultimate Edition of the Phantom Menace score, under the name 'Fighting the Destroyer Droids'.
@@TheAdepglideGames Yeah, you’re right, I did already find it, but thanks anyway.
Um why is it night when it should be day and why did Vader find Starkiller outside and not in a hut. What is going on here? Is this a mod or something? Why is it different?
@@Justin_Riddle Look at the title it's the switch version
How is it 1440p?
Considering the switch isn’t even capable of actual 1080p, it doesn’t do it well
They did so much better in the Wii and the PS2 is far superior than PS3 / Xbox
the PS3 and Xbox is completely inferior he doesn't even have these extra animation cutscenes not even in there and the cutscenes are far superior and the graphics and combat scenes it's just so much gain
