World map seems to be like the metric system for the Americans. You could easily learn what the world map looks like by looking at where wars have already taken place.

Ryan, why do you torture yourself???😂😂😂 (There are stupid people in every country. The real problem is the insular nature of the American media and education system.)
The education system in America is greatly underfunded and teachers are not appreciated. The curriculum gives American kids zero insight into anything that's not American-related. They are indoctrinated into cult America by having to swear allegiance to the flag each day. The media you receive as Americans is so insular nothing from outside of America..So from a child to adulthood you lead such insular lives hence you never leave your bubble. This really makes Americans look so ignorant and stupid. Some of the ones I've met when visiting America makes me wonder how these people actually function.
As a Mexican I can affirm that Amsterdam is "the country" that is south of the border with the United States, it is just that they hire us to fulfill that function.

It’s not losing “faith in humanity”. It’s a FAILED USA public education system and national culture, which need to be RADICALLY REFORMED. If somebody goes through 10 years of schooling, and they don’t know how to tell the time. There is a serious problem, at every grade of their schooling. Give schools more resources, pay much higher salaries, and train and employ better teacher. You can find $800 billion to fund the Defence Budget, but cannot find $10 billion to fund public education. Obviously, none of your politicians are any good at Maths.
Tell me. If they spend more to education, are the children can go safely to school? Answer that question first. Hope they increase the budget to build the wall and make it like dome, so they can't run from their country
@@bimapriyoanugerah363 An educated population is far less violent, than an educated population. Look at the education levels of people who are in prison for robbery and violent crimes. Education is not only beneficial to the individual intellectually. Because educated people have better job opportunities, can earn more money, and usually have a higher standard of living. This is why people who have a higher income, usually do not go out robbing people on the streets. So yes. An educated community has higher incomes, and safer streets. That why in affluent middle class communities, children can go safely to school.

What worries me about these videos is that the population of the US is massive and there are so many bright, learned, well informed people in your nation. I have worked with some of the brightest people that were from the US. Some of the world’s best universities are there. I am sure if you asked Europeans questions like this, you would find some interesting answers! How many people do they stop that know the answers but cut them out?

Recently an American reactor was looking at British movies. When he saw the clip of "Hamlet", he said he had read it in high school and remarked "oh, this must be a BRITISH VERSION". I think my brain imploded at that point. I wonder if he was not taught who wrote the play he read in high school, or whether he thought Shakespeare was American (despite being born in England and writing the play before USA existed?). On seeing "Dr No", he was shocked to learn James Bond is a British character, despite admitting to watching some recent James Bond movies - so he must have had a few clues, right?! On Her Majesty's Secret Service? Accent? London headquarters, Aston Martin, ... etc etc On seeing actual scenes from "Lawrence of Arabia" , he said "so, this is a guy called Lawrence and he's in Arabia? Arabia....uhhh.. I don't technically know where that is". Can anyone guess who this reactor was? (Not Ryan - his BROTHER, Tyler) At least Ryan has pretty good knowledge and has picked up even more in the time he has been reacting to videos on various countries, looks up things he wants to check out, and also reads Comments sometimes and takes the info on board.
I once watched a video in which Neil deGrasse Tyson was interviewed by the headmaster of a private school. They were in the school auditorium and the stage was littered with bits of set pieces. The headmaster apologized for the mess, and said the students were getting ready to put on a performance of Romeo and Juliet - "one of the classics of American literature." I could not believe my ears. And you wouldn't believe the number of Americans who chimed in to defend this idiot, claiming that he was right, or maybe he was thinking about the Leonardo diCaprio movie. It wouldn't matter if the Klingons had performed it - the fact is that it's a play written by William Shakespeare, who was NOT American!
