Hi Dr Endoflas is a very good material as it’s a combination of ZOE as well as CALCIUM HYDROXIDE and is considered as one of the best material for obturation in primary teeth as per the research Still the clinical correlation needs to be evaluated and depends on our diagnosis too As according to your patient clinical outcomes I would suggest you to use in few more cases before we can decide on exact clinical outcomes I hope you got my point
Yes Dr The concept is initial thin mix and final thick mix For the same concept you can choose any option based on your method and technique you find good 1. Lentulospiral for thin mix 2. Last File used to Prepare Canal 3. Gp points Yes Dr same thing applies for ZOE or any material which is supplied as powder and liquid based system
The canals were prepared with NT GOLD PEDO FILE SYSTEM( as demonstrated in the previous video) As this was a tooth root plastic pedo block so apex locator could not be used Yes Dr you can use apex locator inprimary teeth however roots of primary teeth shows resorption and at the same time numerous accessory canals located along the furcation area and along the roots so Readings may not be accurate

Yes we stop at apex as nothing to worry as the files have non cutting end tip
