      does your obsession with these videos translate into real life? as in do you emulate these or other disordered behavior? if not, then watching a lot of these videos isn't a sign of an eating disorder. i don't think it's very healthy though. stay safe

      It is. I‘m back after like 3-4 years of when I first started my last diet and I was obsessed with three videos too. My diet was probably even worse. I remember thinking „do I have an ed?“ and when I realized I did I pitied myself even more. Ií didn’t stop at first but later I realized it’s crazy so i very slowly went back to my old eating habits. I gained a lot of weight back and reached my original weight. Now I‘m trying to lose weight again but not as toxic. Don’t restrict yourself too much. If you do, your diet will fail. I recommend dieting stronger in the first 1-2 months (still no crazy restrictions and build in cheat days) and then change up your meal plans. Make them even richer but still keep an eye on not eating too much carbonates (maybe like 1/3 of your plate! :).and then try to embed an eating lifestyle you can keep your whole life. Like, get lose now, but don’t get back to your old eating habits. Eat carbonates, sweets, sweet drinks but don’t overeat.nice. If you notice you‘re full, stop there :) of course include days in which you eat as much of your oily food as you want because strict restrictions are your biggest enemy. But it’s most important to find a lifestyle you can keep your weight goal. Think „how do I lose weight in a way that I can make an lifestyle of?2

      @@user-we5pk8eg7c She did. I believe on some of the days she didn't because of fatigue, but maybe like light exercises considering how much energy she had from eating.

    For people who don't have time to watch the whole video:
    Day 1:
    Breakfast: Green apple with a glass of tea
    Lunch: 2 Boiled eggs (with some salt) with 6 cherry tomatoes
    Reminder: Always drink water before your meals to control your appetite! :)
    Dinner: Chocolate protein bar without extra sugar
    Day 2:
    Reminder: Staying hydrated is very important for a diet! ^^
    Breakfast: Banana with a glass of soy milk
    Tip: Cut into smaller sizes so it takes longer to eat
    Lunch: Vegan chicken made out of Soy protein with a little spice (Using a non-stick pan so I don't put any oil) and 6 cherry tomatoes
    Dinner: Chocolate protein bar without extra sugar
    Day 3:
    Breakfast: Greek yogurt with 0% fat + frozen blueberries
    Lunch: Sweet Potato with 6 Cherry tomatoes
    Dinner: Chocolate protein bar without extra sugar
    Before the 3 day diet she was 50.5 kg and after she was 47.4 kg !

    please please PLEASE be careful when doing these diets! i’ve been obsessed with eating less and less every day which made me lose 18 pounds in ONE month. i included many exercises ( i worked out for 4 hours) and ended up me having a disorder :( i’ve been trying really hard to stay healthy and eat a bit more but my stomach is so used to me eating so little that i end up throwing all my food up!! please me safe everyone 💖
    hi guys! i recently went to the doctors because it’s gotten worse sadly. i lost 25 pounds and now i am currently underweight. i am 16 and 5’4, weighing 98 pounds. i’m trying my best to eat healthy and more which is still a problem. yesterday was probably the worse day ever. i ate half a rice cake and drank water slowly and threw up everything. i’m scared to eat because i hate the feeling of throwing up so i didn’t eat the whole day. today i haven’t ate or touched any food…i hope i get better soon🙏

It’s been getting way better and i’m close to my graduation date.     IMPORTANT THINGS:
    1. She uses normally 100g - 200g portions o everything (Yogurt, chicken, etc)
    2. Drink a lot of water before every meal
    DAY 1: 482 calories aprox
    Breakfast: Tea and apple
    Lunch: two boild eggs and tomatoes (Cherry)
    Dinner: Chocolate protein bar
    DAY 2: 663 calories aprox
    Breakfast: Milk (Without sugar) and a banana
    Lunch: vegan chicken, she doesn't put soil but spices, and tomatoes (Cherry)
    Dinner: Vegan protein bar
    DAY 3: 533 calories aprox
    Breakfast: Greek yogurt wih zero fat, frozen blueberries
    Lunch: Baked sweet potatoe, and tomatoes cherry
    Dinner: Chocolate protein bar
    Please remember this diet is tooo dangerous and triggered, so don't do it for a lot of time

    This diet for loosing weight is quite good. I was also on water diet for 3 days and lost almost 4 kgs which is incredible. And for those who are saying it's not good short term it's good. Once you managed you body weight then you can leave fasting / dieting.

      @@ninanina5713 you gain a little, bu try eating like 1k calories for a week, then 1.5k for a week and then go back up to 2k, if your short it might work better at fewer calories at shorter intervals

      @Hajra ki dunia I was only on water and some fruits (watermelon, papaya etc.) for 3 days. I used to eat only once in a day and that too only fruits.

    Just wanted to say, dont over do this diet, it works but dont be obsessed w your weight, and if it takes more than 3 days to lose 3 kg its okay, maybe you have a slow metabolism, just dont forget to stay hydrated and exercise.

      If it takes over 3 days to lose 3kg you're just a normal human being who isn't starving themselves. It is recommended to lose around 3kg per MONTH for weight loss. Its unhealthy and not sustainable. It will all be water weight and you will gain it back.

    Я скажу так, данные вариант диет я использую, как разгрузочные дни. Серьезно. Это очень помогает мне.
    Как-то приводит меня в тонус.
    На этом варианте питания вы уберете даже не воду, а вздутие.
    Просто потом вы нормализуйте количество потребляемой пищи и все.
    А гневные комментарии я не понимаю. Зачем писать этот негатив? Будто людям нечем заняться. Если все такие профессионалы, то создавайте свои каналы и делитесь своим опытом похудения. ❤

    stay safe! it might not seem healthy but it’s only 3 days, if it’s too little for you, just don’t do it

    Im going to try this diet for 12 days
    Today I satrt Aug 21st ^^
    Exercise ( hula hoop 30 min and bicycle 10 min +arms exercise
    Day 1 ✅️ 81 kg ( i am starving T.T )
    Day 2✅️80.80 kg ( I ate 1 piece of pizza around 9pm and exercise after that with smart hula hoop 30 min )
    Day 3 ✅️ 80.3kg and around 11 o'clock 79kg ( I'm ok it's getting easier. My body feels lighter
    Day 4 ✅️ 79.6 ( I wake up at 5 Am. for the first time in my life because I am hungry, lol, so i ate home-made creamy yogurt )lunch _ non fried eggs and 1 tomato .. and same dinner

    I just came here to say I lost 30 lbs doing diets like this, destroyed my metabolism and gained back 2x that, I’m now eating on a healthy calorie deficit with moderate working out and loosing 7lbs per week, i eat fast food, ramen, donuts, cookies etc and still loose weight, if you’re thinking of eating like this instead please research a healthy caloric deficit for your body and do that, I mean, why would you choose eating almost nothing and loosing weight (to eventually gain it back) when you can eat what you want in moderation and loose weight forever?

I Workout and do Pilates for 2hours a day, when I eat normal amd healthy I can’t lose anything but whit those I can easily Lose what I need too and then after juste keep on whit my routine so I Donny gain weight

      ughhh exactly. i lost a lot of weight with extremely restrictive diets and that destroyed my mind and body. it has already been 3 years since my lowest weight. i tried to recover but i failed and ended up turning my ana into a binge eating disorder. now im tryin to achieve a healthier relationship with food and loosing all the weight i gained back. but now my real struggle is trying not to starve myself. its really dificcult to accept the fact that i can loose weight without starving myself after years with that mentality. its kinda frustrating watching these sort of videos romanticizing a literal disease. ed sucks.

      @@newera9344 I’m sorry but this is exactly the mindset I had, you think, “oh well they weren’t mentally strong enough to continue being healthy after meeting their goal weight, that’s why they went to binging. I could easily stick to a healthy diet after my restriction ends” but it’s not about being mentally strong enough, it’s not about being able to control yourself. If you starve/do restrictive diets you WILL gain the weight back because your brain, the thing that actually controls you is what wants the food. You will physically be in constant pain as your body is screaming at you to eat, and it’s not a good pain, and everyone gives into it. I promise you that the diets won’t work and in the end you’ll wish you just took the “slow” route. I’m not saying this to hate on anyone or diminish your experiences but I’m saying this as someone who’s had an ED since I was 11 years old, if I had stuck to a normal healthy diet and ate normal portions I would’ve saved myself YEARS of healing and treatment.

      @@newera9344 I lost 30 lbs doing restrictive diets and I didn’t gain it back for about a year and a half, you will not be able to continue doing what you’re doing and be healthy. It’s absolutely not possible.

    For everyone who is trying to lose weight I wouldn't use this diet honestly so instead of 3 day make it 6 days I think loosing 3 kg in 6 days is good so you would eat
    Day 1: 986 cal
    Day 2 : 1326 cal
    Day 3: 1066 cal
    Day 4: 986 cal
    Day 5: 1326 cal
    Day 6: 1066
    Don't try to lose it in shortest time just try this for 6 days Don't rush it too much ❤❤

      @@klara-lovvv my body always had a shape, your body shape depends on your bone structure. I have a natural hourglass so it just defined my hourglass💗 (basically js defines what shape u have also I recommend doing a small 5-10 minute workout as well)

      @@sluvara alright so my starting weight when I did this diet was 98kg currently I am 70 kg . it helped me loose a lot of weight the positive thing is I didn't gain the weight back that's why I like this diet .hope I helped

    everyone’s different, but with my cherry tomatoes i like to cut them into halves. they last longer, and they take up more plate space so you eat less

    i took some inspo for my diet with this vid and i lost around 2kg, keep in mind i’ve been trying to lose weight and haven’t lost quickly even eating 800 cals per day, this is what i ate and my weights!
    (im 166cm/5’5)
    day 1: 47kg?? i couldnt weight myself that day
    breakfast: apple (86 cal)
    lunch: two eggs and cucumber (153)
    snack: waffle and some pepsi, i was with friends and couldn’t say no sadly (331)
    dinner: latte and granola bar (147)
    i also burned 734 cals dancing and walking. total: -17
    day 2: 46.7
    breakfast: apple and rice cake (130)
    lunch: broth, two eggs and three crackers (192)
    snack: latte (57)
    dinner: granola bar and tomato (117)
    danced and walked: 868 burned
    total: -372
    day 3: 46.4
    breakfast: pumpkin soup with oats and egg whites (80)
    lunch: salad (62)
    snack: latte and 2 rice cakes (102)
    dinner: granola bar and cucumebr (109)
    dancing and walking: 756 burned.
    total: -403
    day 4: 45.7
    breakfast: tuna, egg whites and half a tomato (104)
    lunch: cucumber, granola bar and the other half of the tomato (115)
    snack: two lattes and a peach (152)
    dinner: veggies (62)
    dancing and walking: 690 burned.
    total: -255
    now i weight 45.3! im 1.3kg away from my goal thanks to this diet :)

    3 day: 45 😮 (I am so shocked I mean I lose 4 kg in 3 days)
    I tried little bit same diet in past and it help me go from 51 to 48 ( and I didn't even gain it back )😂

    just something about bananas and why you could feel tired and more hungry if you eat them on an empty stomach:
    "While banana has a good reputation in the realm of health and nutrition, it is made up of 25% sugar. Although the sugars are natural, when paired with the moderately acidic nature of bananas will give a quick sugar boost, resulting in a crash around mid-morning. This will make you feel more tired and more hungry, and the banana will have done more harm than good. *A sugar boost can also cause cravings, making you more susceptible to overeating* "
    It happened to me today, i ate one banana with tea and i was bloated, craving more stuff and ended up overeating at lunch time. Try to eat banana with something else, like oatmeal or simple banana pancakes (4 cups of oat flour, one egg, 2 bananas) or with yoghurt. Please be careful!

    Hii! So i would rlly recommend to be very careul when doing these diets. For girls, when on your period (since you're very vulnerable) i dont recommend this . Ive been trying smth close to this and I started my period the same day. Today , at school I fainted due to lack of eating food and due to the fact that it wasnt that high in proteins.

    Please don’t forget!! If you don’t give your body enough food to properly function, your weight loss will not be permanent. Make sure to drink lots of water, eat balanced meals and try and stay active! After you lose it, it’s only the lifestyle that you have to upkeep. Eat foods you love, that aren’t that great for your body, in moderation. Also if you’re doing this simply because you dislike how you look now, you won’t like yourself even after achieving your goal weight. Love your body every step of the way! Be patient with yourself, you got this!!

    Sorry to say but it doesn't last long when you start eating normal you will probably gain all weight back. But eating healthy with exercise is sustainable and healthy way to lose weight and it's permanent!!!

    if youre y"all are on diets, pls dont watch something or distract your brain into other things while eating, *focus on the food*
    because when were chewing our food,that where our digestion system start preparing the enzims and a hormons and that make us full as the brain signaling to our body like "theres a food coming! prepare!"
    but if we distracting our brain and not focusing into our food, you brain will have a dificulties to mantain the signal even youre chewing, in other words, your body doesn't prepare enough hormon to achieve the food and you"ll be tired / hungry during the diet

    Every dinner you made could've been a little bit more healthier. Like mixing sweet potato with some vegatebles and chicken. Protein would help. Or you could eat banana with oatmeal and you can put kakao powder in it too. It's both sweet and chocolaty and stops your cravings.

    i lost a lot of weight with extremely restrictive diets and that destroyed my mind and body. it has already been 3 years since my lowest weight and unfortunately, eds cant be cured. i tried to recover but i failed and ended up turning my ana into a binge eating disorder. now im tryin to achieve a healthier relationship with food and loosing all the weight i gained back. and now my real struggle is trying not to starve myself. its really dificcult to accept the fact that i can lose weight without starving myself after years with that mentality. its kinda frustrating watching these sort of videos romanticizing a literal disease. ed sucks. stay safe guys.

    Doing this for 5 days! (need to lose weight badly 😭)
    Current Weight: 60/61kg
    Goal: 54/55kg
    Day 1: So I ate 1 egg instead of 2, and for dinner I had 4 slices of apples!, I didn’t have a chocolate protein bar in my household so I decided to replace it with an apple!
    Day 2: I ate 2 boiled eggs instead of vegan chicken for lunch, and I ate 5 slices of apples for dinner again!
    Day 3: I ate 2 apples for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs for lunch, and one apple for dinner lol. Basically changed everything 😭
    I forgot to update, this diet seriously gave me ED even if it’s just for 5 days. When I started eating normal, I gained all the weight back. This diet only helps you lose water weight which is so easy to gain, I don’t recommend this diet for people who are underaged. This can seriously destroy your digestive system and give you serious ED.

      If she ate this much every day: yes. For a three day diet: No. The entire point of a diet is to eat less. And especially if it's such a short term diet, eating less than the amount that would be healthy, is typical. An ed develops over time, and doing a strict diet for three days isn't to be compared to an ed.

      She said it’s not for long term. Only for the 3 days so she can lose the weight she wants in the amount of time she wants. She isn’t forcing anyone to do this. Everyone is responsible for their own body, they should do the research to see if they can follow along this video.

    For any young girl watching this, this is NOT healthy no matter what anyone says. Each day she is eating under 1000 calories. A TODDLER needs 1000 calories... just let that sink in. If you want to lose weight (I know I do), please look up HEALTHY methods of losing weight, losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time is 1. not healthy, 2. not sustainable and 3. will cause you to binge as your body is craving more nutrients, therefore you will actually gain ALL that weight back when going back to eating normally. Look up your maintenance calories and subtract 300-500 off that. That is how much you should be eating to lose weight (300 for mild weight lose and 500 for fast weight loss). For example: my maintenance calories are 2100 so I have to subtract 500 to lose weight which means, to lose weight, I should be eating 1600 a day. Please stay safe, you are perfect no matter your weight!

    the breakfast thing that you did would actually be really helpful for me. i’d actually eat most of it. i struggle with a sensory eating disorder so am really picky with my food and struggle to stay healthy. recently i’ve lost about 8 pounds from working out and stuff but am trying to lose 12 pounds also because of an upcoming event.

      @@azraae0 Eat low cal filling meals! For example since her dinner was a chocolate protein bar and that's around 100 something calories I would in stead eat a chicken breast and cucumber slices/tomatoes! Also don't worry too much if you snacked in stead just burn it off, if you think your body can't handle a workout tho try to just get as many steps in as much as possible! This is also a Chinese wl technique but after you eat stand up for 15 mins, dont sit down or lay down just stand up. Also drink a lot of water during the day and try doing a light workout like while I was doing this diet I was doing (still am) a light 5 min thigh burn workout

      I am the same weight and your underweight. It's not very healthy but anyway wishe you the best.
      I am 75kg which is considered overweight according imc and also not healthy. I am also prone to diabetes and obesity since I have narcolepsy and binge eating disorder.

    Day 1: 61,6 kg in the morning; it was okay, didn't have much cravings because I was busy all day. Instead of only cherry tomatoes I balanced them and had cucumber and lettuce leaves. Waiting for my stats tomorrow, hope I have some progress😊

    She explained at the beginning that she wanted to lose weight fir a specific event. Radical diets are unhealthy if done for long and you will likely wreak your metabolism and gain weight faster, besides the health problems, but doing it for few days is fine.

    DON'T EAT SUGAR!! If you want to lose weight fast (and be able to eat more than this video shows) you have to stop eating sugar. Even if you only have a little bit every day, you'll never stop craving it and it will ruin your diet. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine, and it's what makes you fat, your body literally makes fat when it metabolizes sugar. Eat meat and vegetables, you WILL lose weight!
    (Fruit is OK to eat btw, because it contains fiber which acts as a buffer. Only eat whole fruit though, don't juice because that removes the fiber.)

    My goal 50 kg
    Day 1 breakfast apple slices + yogurt
    My head hurts because I didn't drink tea
    Lunch tomato slices+ one medium carrots slices + chicken marinated but instead of cooking in oil i did it with water
    Edit nah i'm stopping this diet to dangerous and bad for my health i also have a horrible migraine because of it

      @@rinsszxo Barebells vegan protein bar (chocolate dough), Foodspring vegan protein bar (chocolate almond). I only eat vegan protein bars and I also make sure there is no sugar added. Normally it is always written on the bar!

      personally i get flavored natrual tea!!! for example cinammon flavored. they dont taste like tea and have no calories in them. and their super delicious :)

      If it’s short term and an one-off thing then it’s not that bad, most disordered eating goes on and off - or continuously for dangerous amounts of time. She is also getting plenty of her nutrition on this diet, despite it being relatively restrictive.

    You inspire me but I'm afraid apples are not filling enough. But maybe if I buy a bigger one. Most red apples in usa so small. Do you know the calories in apples and sweet potato?

      Oh I think it always depends on the size of the apple or sweet potato.. you could weight the apple and google the amount of calorie for the amount of weight thats what I usually do:) Sadly I didn’t weigh any of my food in the video so I can’t give exact details

    Instead, do a water diet for 3 days. Don't worry, a water diet is not unhealthy as long as it does not exceed 3 days. Apart from that, you will relieve your edema and then exercise by reducing the portions of what you eat.

      okay have fun destroying and slowing down ur metabolism. u have to eat 3 balanced meals a day with every food group on ur plate. don’t cut anything out . if u wanna lose hair have ugly teeth and age quicker and have skin problems , and also gain more weight as u starve urself, then sure go ahead . this is the worst way of losing weight ur just self sabotaging urslef into gaining weight

    The thing about the first diet says is that what you’re losing is not fat but water weight. Ityou tend to lose water weight very quickly
