Religion Ruined My Sex Life

Religion and sex go hand and hand. I wanted to share my experience because I feel like we don't talk about it enough. I got married at 19 and became joined organized religion at the age of 12. I felt like sex was always accompanied by shame, guilt and anxiety. I wish their would have been more conversation on sex education, on WHY we don't have sex or recommend to have sex before marriage.
As I leave organized religion i still believe my body is a temple and I am a firm believer on the exchange of energies that come with intimacy.

You are a true diamond friends are forever then you become one if you don't feel like you're better with someone then without that person then they're not the right one for you your other half should make you shine they should make you better this should make you all these things and beautiful thing about it is that they don't even have to try you don't even have to try when things click they just totally click love romance passion great sex happiness even even arguments that end up agreeing to disagree that's a beautiful thing when you can agree to disagree go to bed at night not be mad and wake up in the morning and be happy and just like when you went to bed never go to bed angry never wake up angry for what what a waste of time your significant other should always always come first you agree because it makes her happy you don't lie you don't cheat it's just so awesome to be with somebody like that I'm a Pisces I'm a big baby I'm a color I'm a hopeless romantic and I'm always late but I'm a loyal faithful dog hey I wish you the best of luck there's no shame there's no guilt shame and guilt does not belong to you that somebody who put it on you just know this you're beautiful grown woman only one person is going to make you happy and that's you only one person is going to make you feel loved and that's you and once you figure that out then you're ready to be loved anytime anywhere you want to holler holler take care

I hated also how the church treated women who wanted to go to college and have a career as well, even if they were married or engaged or whatever. It was very crazy to me that they looked down on that so hardcore because even women who were temple worthy and all of that were getting looked down on like "why would you want to have a career when you can have a husband and kids" like why can't they have both.

What type of church did you go to? And how often did the priest or pastor actually say those things during the sermon. I find it hard to believe that was the Sunday service lesson every week

I don't think it's about verbally saying it, it's about the way they make you feel or even the way the talk about others , so you know better than to do the same. @@RaiderNation407
