I think the more important question is how many hours he plays the guitar a day. My opinion is that the length of the practices each day determines the skill of a guitarist, not the years since that person has started playing guitar. Although that is a factor as well.
In all honesty, it's only good if you're into slice of life/romance shows. Otherwise it's kind of dull. I'm enjoying it because I am into these genres, but if you're not, I'd tell you to skip this one
