I just received mine and it was easier to figure out the instructions than the bench instructions. I don't know if they have old instructions and parts but there was an allen key included and the instructions mention it but no where within the actual steps is there anything that requires an allen key. Sooo thank you for the confusion and free key BangTong & Li? Seems to be solid, make sure you tighten nuts well if it feels shaky anywhere. The frame and bolts are made for high pressure and will take the torque.
I bought an Exersci branded version of this. But whenever I search I seem to only find this one. Though it's a decent bit of kit for the price and helping - being 2 metres (6'8") tall means it's a little small in places. Like the hand grips on the half way mark are awkward and I have to just shove my hands past the grips 😂 Great review btw!
It has a pretty small footprint. I bought it for space concerns aswell. The height is also adjustable. The two issues for me is: 1 the handle grip for the pull up bar is a bit too flat. Id like a sharper angle on the handles. The handles are also to thin. Making pushing off the grips with your hand hurt a bit more than they should.. My brother had a similar product and he said his fix was to put on some nice rubber or foam BMX grips for better padding.
thanks for video. No I see that this is not suitable for average size white ... Perhaps for 60 kg / 165 cm Asian is ok, yet still shaky. But won't suit for 90kg / 185+ with additional plates
I built mine Saturday night. It's strong. Im about 190lbs it has a slight wobble but I think my floor isn't perfect. Strong enuff I should say. It doesnt fell like it's going to fall apart if that's what your concerned about.
@Ivan M. Mendoza it's the Bangtong and li red. So the top bar is different and the pads are red instead of black. The rest is identical. The biggest issue for me are the grips. The bars are not thick enuff. Puts more oressure on the hands. Just get some bike grips and then your good. I got this because it's a space saver.
The intro is gold
Great video sir. Excellent review with simple and easy to understand details. Straight to the point. Very helpful.

Thank you for the video. I will buy such a thing and will put four wooden logs of it is too short but it might not be stable. I don’t know.
Thank you. Planning to get one and this was a great review. Appreciate humor too!
Definitely recommend power tools, just assembling this today and you really do have to be patient with tightening the nuts
Mine is very shaky, did you had that problem as well?
Great review, i want to buy one but unfortunately my space is limited
