6 potatoes peeled & diced
6 cups of chicken broth (I made mine)
1ts seasoned salt
1/2 to 1 cup bacon pieces
8 ounces of whipped cream cheese
Pork Carnitas
______________
Pork cut of your choice
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
oil for searing
heaping spoon of minced garlic
1 TBS onion powder
chili powder
Cumin
garlic powder
Salt n pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
Creamy Parm Ziti
__________________
Ziti pasta
1lb hamburger
heaping spoon of minced garlic
diced onion
pasta sauce
1cup heavy whipping cream
1 jar of water
shredded parmesan cheese
Chicken & Broccoli
___________________
Diced chicken
1 lb broccoli
2/3 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1 TBS Minced garlic
1ts ground ginger
1 ts sesame oil
1 heaping TBS brown sugar
1 TBS cornstarch

I'm a single lady and I own five instant pots and I use my instant pots all the time constantly I don't even remember the last time I ever used my stove. The instant pot is the greatest invention I don't know how I ever got along without it and I'll tell you I love the food that I cook in it

I have a hack! Every time i buy onions i bring them home and get my hubby to cut them all up every one of them mostly diced a few in chunks and then i freeze them because it takes no time to add frozen onions to a meal and never had it taste any different.... Its a lot better then cutting onions every time you want them

My Bestie’s hubby gave her an instant pot for Christmas about 3 years ago. She cooked a chicken and then boxed it up and put it in the attic. The following Christmas she was a bit strapped for cash so she gifted it to me (with his blessing, btw) and OMG, best Christmas ever! I don’t know what was she thinking. I told her it takes effort to continue the friendship cause I don’t need that kinda negativity. 😂🤣 Kidding, y’all. I love her. But who says hand me downs for a gift is a bad thing? I’m telling you. It rocks! Used ALL THE TIME.

Great recipes! For a twist on the ziti, I use 1 jar sauce, 1 jar water, cook, then top like you do with the cheese & add pepperoni and let it melt, call it pizza pasta, so good!

I have 2 instant pots. I have only used my larger one a few times and the smaller one has never been out of the box. They are intimidating to me for some reason 😂 Please do more instant pot recipes so I can get over my fears 😂.
The literal translation of carnitas is "little meats", or little bits of meat, which is how the pork ends up. I recently bought a 2 quart pressure cooker and haven't yet busted it out of the box, so hopefully you will be my inspiration to put it to work for me.
We have an Instant Pot for about 2-3 years now but have never used it. We just don’t know how to use it. Hopefully we can try some of your recipes! Thank you Brooke fo all you do!!
Don’t be afraid to use it. Most people (my sisters) were afraid that it would blow up. I accidentally ran my dry, yes it was my fault, it didn’t blow up.

I love my instant pot more than my kids😂😂😂. I made the Oreo balls from your candy video last Christmas and they were delicious!! My daughter in law has a cookie party every December 23 and we all make some kind of candy or cookie. We make enough for everyone to fix a big box of everybodys goodies!!! It’s so much fun!!! I’ve got the flu right now and I’m quite miserable! But I’m glad it’s now and not at Christmas time!! It’s going around really bad here in big ol Gretna VA!!!

The loaded potatoes sounds good,but I would have put in a little corn starch to thicken it .😊
I use instant mash potatoes to thicken my cream soups, adds more vitamins and flavor

When I make carnitas. I put drained Goya black beans and cabbage slaw on the corn tortilla. I griddle the carnitas for crispness and add onions to sear. Sooo good!

Where did you find a Boston butt to fit in your instant pot? Love my instant pot... mashed potatoes, boiled eggs, whole chicken, chicken broth, teriyaki chicken bowls, red beans and rice, just rice...a few of my favorite uses.

I have only just found you on RUclips, it's been a pleasure to see what you cook when you think you have nothing in the cupboards for fridge.
My friends say I'm good at making something out of nothing.... As I am disabled I do need the support of friends or care workers to help me cook.... So I supervise and tell them what to do...but thanks to my grandmother and my mother's guidance when I was young.... I can use up every scrap of food in the house.
I have actually as a result managed to teach some of my friends and carers how to cook tasty food on a budget
I don't have an instant pot but I do have a pressure king Pro and it is my best friend, making soups pasta dishes casseroles etc
I do not have an oven at the moment or a hob, but it's amazing what you can produce with a pressure cooker air fryer and microwave

I take the lazy route. I use a bag of Southern style hashbrowns for the diced potatoes. I always have chopped frozen onions, too, because I rarely ever chop an onion.

To me an instanta pot is just a new word for a pressure cooker, anyone else thinks so. I mean. I love my pressure cooker and I use it almost every day. Just great.
Instant pot is digital and “smart” Preventing explosion disasters and has a timer that automatically shuts off when it’s done. The pressure releases quicker as well. You can slow cook, steam, saute, pressure cook.. etc. I have a pressure cooker too, it’s a lot different.
loved this Brooke! and I finally used the pressure cook mode in my instant pot the other day and finally not so scared of it so I'll be making the ziti! its funnily enough how I do spaghetti but we typically use penne (I know different to ziti pasta) but it looks bomb!

I will never hard boil eggs any other way again. I have 2 sizes of baskets and can make a bunch of hard boiled eggs that peel so easily. I love, love, love my instant pot!! Thanks so much for bringing us into your warm, loving home and sharing your wonderful recipes and family with us. You have personally, made me fall in love with cooking again. My late husband and I used to cook and entertain a lot, but after he passed, I just lost my desire to cook. I'm not saying I stopped cooking, but I was just cooking. Since I found your youtube channel, I've started cooking almost every day, and experimenting with recipes like I used to. Thanks again and God Bless you and yours!!

I've never used heavy cream in my baked ziti. I generally use the same cheeses I would use in a lasagna. I'm definitely going to try that one. I love my instant pot, too! Thanks for the inspiration!
