I have a load of favourites but want them in alphabetical order, do I need to remove them all and add them again in order or is there a short cut to alphabetising them?
Just got my J3. There's no star when I tap on my contacts to mark them as favorites. Where's that star?
Your phone may have updated to a new operating system, which may look different than the one shown here. You should be able to find the favorite option when opening the contact if you look in the menu (which is usually in the top right corner). We're also happy to troubleshoot this issue with you over the phone at 888-345-5509. Thanks for posting!
I have had no issues with adding new contacts to my phone until now and it isn't saving my sister in law's phone number. I will go to do it a second time and it says do you want to update it but it never shows up in my contacts. Very weird!! Why is my Samsung J3 doing this?
Hi I want to add a home phone no and a mobile no and save to sim why will it not do this
There is no star on my screen to highlight to make a "favorite contact".... anyone know why? My screen looks just like hers, except the "star" is completely "MIA"
it does'nt work. In contact, I see a + at the bottom of the screen. When I click on the + I see Contact record list ???
I've just got the Samsung Galaxy J3 but it doesn't let me insert more than one phone number for a contact like it does on the video
Thank you reaching out to us, Scott. You should see an option for "more fields", where you can enter additional phone numbers. If you don't see that as an option, please give us a call at 888-345-5509 and we will be happy to troubleshoot this with you over the phone. We hope you have a great day!
I have it all sorted now thank you
Scott Jennings that's good to hear! Thanks for letting us know.
It won't let me add a photo to a contact unless I took the photo myself...if I download a photo from a site it won't let me use that photo
Thanks for commenting, Kory. You may need to save the photo to your Photos app, rather than the default Downloads folder. That way, your Contacts app will be able to access the image. We appreciate you taking the time to post!
I did save to photos but still won't work
