I usually have breakfast with several type of bread and coffee. I put something in the bread depends what i have in the kitchen like fried eggs, or margarine, or butter, or ham , or cheese.

Here in the States we may have fried eggs, pancakes, bacon, oatmeal, cereal with milk. In Hong Kong, because of the British influence, they offer toast, fried egg, congee (rice porridge), fried breadstick, macaroni soup, and pancakes. I hope to one day find an authentic British breakfast in HKG!

Food is much politicized. I share from our historical and same language food varieties. Many years back Tamil people eat whatever grows in their native. For example, a land which cultivates only millet was used food of that particular place. Rice was used only where it was cultivated. Later, due taste and issues , rice was used as food for all Tamils . In fact , millets are healthy food but it is rare or cannot found even in hotels.
Yeah, too much all of this fried stuff 😅. But for me this is a good option not to die of hunger in the middle of the day, as happens after oatmeal or cottage cheese. Also, this breakfast is especially good in the cold season or when you are working in the garden. And by the way, no one forbids you to add some healthy salad 😊
@@serkan...3 I've never tried Turkish breakfast. Is it easy to prepare? I live in Eastern Europe. Bacon, eggs and potatoes are the foods we always have on hand.
