Usually its tungsten but that is if you are buying metals for extreme cheap prices, otherwise you are good to go. One thing is to get it checked from bis centres: bis.gov.in/index.php/hallmarking-overview/hallmarking-centre/list-of-hallmarking-centres/ and see what they tell you. Let me know.

In india you only have access to Gold, Silver & Platinum when it comes to metals where the costliest being Gold then platinum and finally silver. I am not so sure how pearls are priced. Silver is 62rs per gram.
