Outside of the shield ability, is there any reason to lean on Taxon vs other companions? I agree that’s a huge boon for newer players but I’m thinking I might be just on the other side of that range now.

Thank you for the question! Aside from the shield ability from Molecular Conversion, Taxon doesn’t offer many advantages at higher levels compared to other companions that focus more on damage or utility. For mid-level or higher players, companions like Nautilus Prime for the Cordon mod or Chesa Kubrow for extra resource gathering are better options, especially since Smeeta Kavat has now been somewhat replaced by Chesa Kubrow.

not really for new players considering how long it might take (without trading) for them to get all this

Good point! It might indeed take longer for new players to gather everything without trading. However, this can also serve as a long-term goal while learning the basic game mechanics. This build is meant to give new players a direction for the future. Thanks for the feedback!

It's so wrong to buy catalyst or reactor from Nora.

No that’s where most people get it from and more people only get it from Nora

@@rashawnMorgan the thing is, it costs 75 nightwave credits. the nightwave mods that only cost 20 nightwave credits can be sold for at least 10platinum each, meaning if you sell two of those mods you can afford an orokin reactor/catalyst for only 40 credits
