I would like to send bulk mails, but Is there any option for sending individual mails with specific time gaps. it means every mail should take 2-3 minutes time .

Can you please help me and let me know if I can have multiple emails for Send To, not CC or BCC? I have multiple providers I am sending reports every month, and I have multiple people for each provider receiving the email. I tried and added multiple emails with ; but the outlook doesn't recognize the email's error.
