The GPU became hot (90 degrees Celsius) because the area was not enough with just the air intake from the bottom.
In order to improve it, we make an opening in the side panel and measure it.
There's a fan at the bottom as intake and up top as exhaust, it's totally fine.

What software do you use to make the 3D model of the case and how do you get 3D models of the components (like motherboard, graphics card, cooler etc?).
The software for the 3D model is FUSION 360. The motherboard has a picture pasted on the base. Graphics cards, coolers, etc. are measured and 3D models are created.
