For people who dont know: luz was in a fight with belos and she died, but she came back because of king's father whom is the giant bones that the city is built on. King's dad gave luz powers to defeat belos and to come back to life. Eventually she won and they were back together again. If this helped 👇

That's why some of the Titan's forces still had to stay in luz. The Titanic powers were what brought her back to life. It would make sense to keep some of the power in her.
