I'm so happy for Adam. He's had such a great career.
On top of being a legendary pitcher, he's fun to watch in interviews. Can't say that about every athlete.
All the way from fanning Carlos Beltran in the 2006 NLCS to closing the World Series the same year and now to his 200th win…Adam Wainwright congratulations on a stellar career! Here’s to hoping the next step after retirement will be the HoF coming to knock on your door! Cards fan for life!

As a fan of Baseball, Not a Cardinal fan lol, I was rooting for Wainright to get his 200 th win, The Cardinal Organization and their fan base imho are one of the best fan bases in Baseball.

Adam Wainwright/200 wins. Congratulations to you. Fantastic career! Should include a Cy Young award. Given to the wrong guy. I, for one, haven't forgotten that. I have been a Dodger fan for over 60 years, but I have always been a Adam Wainwright fan even though he certainly has beat my Dodgers enough times.
Last pitcher I saw get 200th was Tim Wakefield.

I’m happy for him, I really am but I don’t think it’s enough to get into the HOF. Cardinals HOF? Easy! Just give him his red jacket right now but Cooperstown? I hope so but I think it’s unlikely.
I agree really good pitcher close but no hall of fame 200 wins is a milestone equivalent to 2000 hits as a position player, close but no HOF.
